I'm Natasha Khan, a qualified osteopath (M.Ost) based in Hassocks, West Sussex. My practice, The Osteo Coach, is built on the belief that everyone deserves to move freely and live without pain — whether you're a weekend runner, a desk worker, or a competitive athlete.
My journey to osteopathy began on the professional tennis circuit, where I competed internationally, achieved a WTA world ranking in the top 400, and represented Great Britain at Wimbledon. Injuries and recovery were part of my daily life, and working closely with osteopaths and physios gave me a deep, personal understanding of how the body responds to stress — and how to heal it.
I've been practising osteopathy since 2016 and treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, shoulder injuries, sports strains, joint pain, headaches, and postural problems. My treatments draw on osteopathic techniques, shockwave therapy, sports massage, and tailored corrective exercises — all designed around your individual needs.
